Beta 1.1 is go

The good news is not much has changed between b1.0 and b1.1; I've adjusted some tags, costs, and fixed parts of the starting scenarios. The Unit Info Card has been given a touch-up to the layout as well.

Core Unit Cost update

Ranged Attack  points cost equation changed to weight damage value heavier, and the raw distance is a ratio over 16 (default range) against the total range.

TAG Updates

• [Minimum Range] - new - how did we miss this one? Players can reduce ranged-attack cost by giving Unit a deadzone for ranged attacks.
• [Narrow Fire Arc] - new - Allows simulation of Units with forward-locked firepower, cannot be combined with [Hull Gun] or other fire arc tags.
• [Rolling Stop] - new - Player may save on Unit's move cost by forcing unit to make automatic moves before declaring stationary in the movement phase, initiative order is preserved though.
• [Secondary Turrets] - new - Pair this with [Narrow Fire Arc], its like [Hull Gun] in reverse, but more inferior. Example: Y-wing starfighter's top-mounted ion turret.
• [Self-Healing]  - adjusted points-cost adding 20% Armor to the equation. Cleaned up rule , player must declare before all movements, health gained back is equal to Unit Size, movement and initiate are halved for this turn.
• [Area Denial] - adjusted cost equation and fixed the rule text so this actually works.
• [Armor Piercing] - both flavors, Ranged and Melee, completely fixed and actually worth taking now for their cost.
• [Heavy Armor] - changed damage reduction to round down, playtesting show round up was just unbounded at how good it was.
• [Blast] - (was [Artillery] ) - completely fixed and balanced, now exclusionary with [Battery] . Essentially [Blast]  is [Battery] but you can potentially hit Units outside LoS and they don't get full defensive rolls.
